Did you try a 'set debug isdn' on from the console to see if calls were
even showing up at the PM3.
We have a PM2E with ISDN, and we've had a few calls about users not
connecting always during the late afternoon. The calls were not even
hitting the PM at all. US West has admitted to a shortage of trunks in
our CO, so we have to live with it until new 5ESS switches are running in
a few weeks.
Analog doesn't require a 64k clear channel, and that's probably why they
worked fine.
