I spent a fruitless week trying to get a Tigris system going.
It wouldnt do CHAP to our cisco's, it had no manuals, the modem cards
didnt support 56k, and the local support tried their best but they knew
less than I did about the box (after my week of fiddling).
It is a really nice looking box, and the promised features are
outstanding. Unfortunately, at this time the product simply doesnt
deliver what is promised and proved to be useless.
