Once upon a time Chen Shiyuan shaped the electrons to say...
>I would like to be able to "reserve" the last two ports on my PM3 for
>"special" users such that in the event that all the modems is used up,
>these users will still be able to dialin.

The best way is to have the telco remove them from the hunt group. So
that users would have to specifically dial those numbers to use them.

>Is there any simple way to do it? I think one way would be to use RADIUS
>to control who can login to the last two ports. But is there any other

Aside from the telco, RADIUS is it. Nas-Port-Id is the key.
