Same setup as yours (just changed to 3.7.2.c3 yesterday -- was 3.7.2) and
has been working great. Uptime was at 50 days when I rebooted after the
upgrade.

Fairly normal sh mo:

M0 S8 ACTIVE 19200 V42BIS LAPM 21 0 CIRCUIT
DISCONNECT
M1 S12 ACTIVE 24000 V42BIS LAPM 21 0 LOST CARRIER
M2 S19 ACTIVE 31200 V42BIS LAPM 29 0 LOST CARRIER
M3 S6 ACTIVE 31200 V42BIS LAPM 19 0 CIRCUIT
DISCONNECT
M4 S9 ACTIVE 31200 V42BIS LAPM 9 0 NORMAL
M5 S17 ACTIVE 28800 V42BIS LAPM 16 0 CIRCUIT
DISCONNECT
M6 S2 ACTIVE 24000 V42BIS LAPM 8 0 CIRCUIT
DISCONNECT
M7 READY UNKNWN NONE NONE 8 0 NORMAL
M8 S20 ACTIVE 14400 V42BIS LAPM 3 0 NORMAL
M9 S1 ACTIVE 33600 V42BIS LAPM 1 0 NORMAL
M10 S21 ACTIVE 19200 V42BIS LAPM 2 0 NORMAL

Customers with 56K modems average about 44K connects with one guy holding a
50K routinely. 33.6 modems usually run either 31.2 or 33.6.
