And I wouldn't ignore him. It is Windows 95 that is broken, IMHO, but
certainly the "Dial-Up Networking could not establish a compatable set
of network protocols" message is real, and happens to some people more
than others. I used to handle 2-3 of these a day at another ISP.
Here, we have maybe one a month. But whatever Windows is doing wrong,
it's possible that there may be a way to work around it. As much as
it drives most of us crazy, Windows 95 is the dominant operating
system our customers use, and anything that makes it less likely to
result in support calls would be greatly welcomed by me.
