MP is supported on ISDN only in the 3.7.2c3. In 3.8 (which is currently
in beta) there is support for MP on analog also.

EQL. Either PM to PM, or PM to Linux. I don't know what else supports
this. MP is more common then EQL.

You're ISP should not need to do anything, unless they have placed a
"Port-Limit" on their RADIUS server.
I believe the ISDN Accelerator Pack w/ Win95 *may* have direct support for
MP but I haven't purposely set up a Windows 95 box for a bit...
