That particular site says that ACC is "high end". Sure the Tigris is a
big piece of equipment. But who actually uses them? They are just too
big for some POPs. Even if you need that kind of capacity in 6-12 months,
can anyone justify buying a big expensive box now, and fix it up later?

Also, it doesn't seem that the Tigris supports multi chassis PPP, so
hopefully none of your POPs grow beyond 672 lines :) I work on a PM3
based POP with 414 lines, so that actually can a real concern!

Does your colleague actually have an ISP background? Self-proclaimed
experts are a dime a dozen, and aren't even worth that. Instead look at
what they've actually done.
