(PM) multiline load balancing

My ISP recently purchased a few Portmaster 3's with, I believe, a fairly
up to data ComOS release.

I have been using SLiRP running from a shell account to 'bond' two analog
modems for a couple of years, and now with the availability of the
Portmasters, I am looking into my alternatives.

I have read that the Portmaster 3 with a recent ComOS release supports
multilink PPP over ISDN AND analog devices (this is not true of early
versions).

I have also read that the Portmaster supports 'multiline load balancing'.

I am using the ISDN Accelerator Pack (aka DUN 1.2) on a Windows 95 box.

Can anyone explain to me what my options are, and what would be required
from my ISP to use either multiline load balancing or mPPP?

(ie. static IP, what kind of options they would need to set)..

Thanks for any info.
