Once upon a time Kaley Davis shaped the electrons to say...
>1) Is Livingston going to offer products which will allow small ISPs to
>offer xDSL services to consumers?

We have not made any public announcements in the xDSL realm. And,
especially now as a publically traded company, cannot talk about
unannounced products.

>2) Will small ISPs even be able to offer xDSL service at all? Or will
>the telcos be the only ones able to?

You need to be able to get a dry copper loop between the two xDSL endpoints.
Many small ISPs may find this is not available to them, or unaffordable.
