Cool... Whats your secret? We NEVER get anything higher than 46K (and
thats rare) on PRI (B8ZS, ESF, u-law) going to Bell Atlantic.

It is tough when you see the local X2 ISPs doing over 50K and the other
guy's Ascends doing it. (Although, of course they get crappy throughput
despite the higher connect rates. Unfortunately, the customer only looks
at what the connect rates are) At least with occasional 52K connects we
can give the customer the news that with the FCC limiting it to 53K, that
52K is the highest even numbered digital speed they should see. I thought
the 38-46K connects that we were seeing were inherent with the
Rockwell-Lucent (Flex version > 1.0) connection. But that appears not to
be the case. Wonder what environmental and provisioning differences there
are? I've been in NM so I know its much drier out there.
