If not a watchdog timer then some other sort of message.

It has to be C0, dip one up, !root and set console. C0 in this
configuration is the VERY LAST thing to die on a PortMaster. It is the
ONLY place that the system messages can be guaranteed to be delivered when
the ComOS is dieing.
