you practically typed it. "erase config"

Here is what I do when I need help with a PM 3. First I log into it and
type "help". Actually, FIRST, i guess and about 50% of the time, im right.

If I dont find what I need there... I look in the index of
the manual. Actually I RARELY do that. i go to www.livingston.com and
search the tech notes for what I am looking for.
