(PM) Problems with ??

I have been having some problems with a few customers of mine and it is a
confusing situation. They seem to be having problems with their dial-up
connection. They connect fine but they cannot exchange data or view any web
sites or anything. When I run sho sess from the command line it shows that
they are idle as long as they have been connected. This only seems to happen to
a few of my customers and appeard somewhat random. We have had some problems
after applying the BSDI 3.1 patch for radius, but it does not seem likely that
it is radius.
