(PM) Does the Digital Line Provisioning Center suck?

They've got this neato-cool feature. If you dial (800) 458-9966 and hit 8,
then enter someone's extension there (4 and the extension) it hangs up on
you. Wow, neat feature for a company in the phone business. It's been
doing this for a week and a half and I've already told them a couple times.

So I tried calling the (800) number and asking for the rep, but he (Frank
McDermott) is a friggin *ghost*... no one knows how to reach him.

So what the hell is up with this? Anyone used the DLPC and had good
experience and gotten a good deal? Sure seems like a joke to me.
