(PM) PRI/PM3 oddness

Howdy,

We have an odd situation with our PM3. We have just added a second PRI
and have noticed that the vast majority but not all of the calls go to
line1 instead of line0. We are connected to a Lucent 5E (-11 software
revision) switch. The telco swears that they have hunting set up to start
at channel 1 of PRI #1 and hunt to channel 1 of PRI #2 once the first PRI
is full. My first thought was the hunting was screwed up and that PRI #2
was in line first and was hunting to PRI #1 but the call pattern dosn't
show this behavior exactly. We'll get anywhere from 1 - 20 users on PRI
#2 and the some calls go to PRI #1.

So....
Does this sound like telco configuration issues or could the PM3 be
rejecting most all of the calls on PRI #1 and forcing them to the second
PRI, in which case the PM has freaked out.

The PM3 is running 3.7.2 and has 3 10port 56K cards in slots 1,2,3.

Also, the day before PRI #2 was turned up we dropped all the connections
on PRI #1 except 1 dedicated ISDN customer and for the next couple of
hours users had difficulty logging in. Some would get in just fine,
others would not. We authenticate against Linux Radius 1.16 ( now
updated to 2.0.1). Chris@Livingston Support spent some time in the PM3
and we determined the PM was forgetting the SECRET and thus couldn't reach
the RADIUS server. I mention this since it suggests a possible NVRAM
problem in the PM.

Right now, the plan is to wait till the wee hours of the morning and swap
the cables into line0 and line1 to see if the situation follows the PRI or
the PM3. Any other ideas are welcome....
