So you want 'em to give you a date, then either:

a) miss that date, which will piss you off, 'cause "they promised"

or

b) ship a product which is, at best, buggy, which will piss you off,
'cause "it don't work right"

So either way, you end up pissed, and still don't have what you want.

On the other hand...

If you simply accept that some wanted features are on the way, and yes, sit
and wait, you are much more likely to get a stable, quality release.
Patience, they tell me, is a virtue... I wouldn't know, since I never had
much of it... but in this case... I do work on just waiting for 3.8 :)
