This turns out not to be the case. Many Macintosh modems will disconnect
alarmingly often if set to CTS&RTS(DTR), particularly global village
modems. We found this out after accidentally shipping FreePPP configured
that way, switching it to CTS Only cut the disconnects to nearly nothing.
Oh, Macintosh modems should _always_ have DTR set to override (&D0), if
it isn't already in the default factory setting -- USRs have a real
problem with setting this one wrong on their Mac modems.
