Is the PM (and its dial-up pool) the only things in the new IP block?
What is the gateway between that network and the other network, that your
DNS server is in (being on the same Ethernet is meaningless for IP, unless
you are doing supernetting and similar)? Do a "show routes" on your PM3
and see how it looks (before and while the customer is connected).
