(PM) Radius 2.0.1 on Linux

I continue to get "Unable to parse check-items for user ..." from a new
Radius 2.0.1 installation on a Linux platform. When going through debug
mode it is indicating "... receiving unknown attribute 77 ..." which is
what? I went through the dictionary and found no such attribute number.
Anyone have a similar problem who may know of a resolution?
