(PM) No Answers

I keep having this problem on my PM3 not answer correctly. It might pick
up sometimes and then others it won't even answer the phone. I have a PRI
and am using the PM3. It seems to be the same modem everytime. I reset it
and turn it off then on and it works for a few minutes, then locks up
again. I haven't ever had this problem before, I am not sure if it is a
bad chip or what...Is there anyway of telling if a chip on the card is
bad?
Any ideas would be most helpful. Thanks.
