It was an engineering build that attempted to address issues from 3.7.2
Like c1 before it, it wasn't successful and so was not released. It
fixed a couple of things, but potentially makes other issues worse - modems
were adversely impacted in Europe and Japan for example. Based on the
results we've gone back to work. So there may be a c3 or 3.7.3, but no
one should be running c2 unless given to them by support deliberately
for a specific issue.
