You have to have PRIs. Called/ing-ID info is not available over CT1 (or
at least, not right now). Make sure your telco is sending the numbers
down your PRI. Some charge extra for this (BellSouth wanted something
like $15/channel last time we asked!). Then, get the telco to setup a
second number pointing to your PRIs (there may also be an extra charge
for this). Don't give it to anyone except your toll-free line provider.
Then, make sure you are running Livingston RADIUS 2.0.1, or at least
have the newer dictionary from it. When people call either number, you
should get records with "Called-Station-Id" and "Calling-Station-Id".
Look for calls to the second number - those users called your toll-free
line.
