If you were getting authed but the secondary server, and the RADIUS user
file is the same, I suspect the primary server does something else for you.

The PM will act not one bit differently when the RADIUS server is changed.
It has no impact on routing or the ability to access the outside world.
all other thins (read user profiles) being equal.
