I'm testing out cistron radiusd on our network here and I had a little
question/problem i wanted to bring up. We're testing the simultaneous use
parameter on an account which we have set to only allow 1 login. So, we
login the first time, no problem. When I go to login the second time, it
does not let me on (as it shouldn't), and it records that there was a
multiple login attempt in radius.log. However, windows 95 just asks me
over and over for the password rather than giving me the "You are already
logged in - access denied" message that I saw in the source. Is this
normal or do I have a config problem somewhere?
Also, in checkrad (checklogin), can somebody explain a bit about the
$lv_offs and $lv_hole value? The source says this about it:
# PM3: $lv_offs is where the last S port is before one or two
# ports are skipped (22 or 29, for US or Europe)
# $lv_hole is the size of the hole (1 or 2, for US or
Europe).
But I don't see any place that ports are skipped. Can someone clarify?
TIA
