This is my first PM2e30 and it came with 3.7.2 installed. Since the
day that I placed it into operation, I have had nothing but
complaints about disconnects. I have written to the pm list about the
problem and I was told that "this does not happen on anything above
ComOS 3.x.x" (don't remember which version), but, it is happening
here and I am about ready to try a downgarde to at least 3.5, to see
if it stops. If it doesn't, I will have to go back to NT RAS. It had
is't problems, but nothing like this.

Well, I have been using PM and other Livingston products for
years, and this is the first time I have seen this. Hopefully
someone will call me back soon.. I was supposedly put into a priority
queue this morning since the box is down, *shrug*, but I think I'll
go grab some
lunch...that's always when people call me back :)
Yeah, I'm going to do a downgrade too, just to see... I have
verified that the ComOS is ok based on a diag boot and everything
checked out, but I am having other problems as well.
Check and see what you get when you do a 'help show' on your box.
I get a response of *. Help set works, but help set s1 returns
****. I don't see anything in the release notes about help being
disabled, so I am assuming it is a symptom of whatever is wrong with
my box...

Regards,

Kendrick
