(PM) 2400 baud only on USR? One fix...

The user in question uses 9 to access an outside line.

so using a normal 9,5381111 to connect to us and it would 99% get a
2400bps connection. but using hyperterminal it would get 26400...

so... looking at how hyperterminal was set I used:

9 5381111

and magik it connected up at a decent rate.... bizarre, but just in case
you have a situation like this...
