Make sure the only protocol in Network that they have installed is TCP/IP.
Then make sure they have only TCP/IP checked in their dialup networking.
If that failes, have them uninstall dialup adapter all together and put it
back with only Client for Micorosoft Networks & TCP/IP.

If that works, have then upgrade their winsock version to the one on MS
site and then have them install DUN1.2. Let me know how it works out.
Btw, where did you get 3.7.2c2?
