(PM) OSPF for dummies

Can anyone suggest a URL or book on basic OSPF? I've been
told I need to enable OSPF because I have some customers
with dedicated IP's dialing into PM2's on a different class
C. I've read chap 11 of the Livingston command line admin
guide, but I need more of a routing for dummies, or OSPF 101
type of documentation.
