all that is important... yet... what i find to be truly important is...
1) does it work?
2) if it works, great, but does the ILEC or CLECs
telco(s) oversell trunking to your prefixes?
3) if it is oversold, your screwed.
4) see if you can get 1:1 trunking into and off the switch...
that way, reguardless of what you are paying, you know that if the call
can get to your ILEC or CLEC, your termserver gets a shot at taking the
call...
