(PM) Urgent - Modem Problems

We've had a PM3 go a little wonky on us. It has two E1 PRIs from
different telcos, and no longer accepts modem calls. The modems
answer and sound just fine, but always fail to connect. The stats for
each modem are all 0 except for no of calls, which keeps counting up
as people try to get on. It's absolutely fine for ISDN callers. Help!
Is there something I can do to fix it, or is this a hardware problem?

I've tried rebooting, and also tried all 4 modem cards with no joy...

Please reply to me personally as well as to the list as I only get
the digest, not the full list...
