This has nothing to do with your problem, but stay away from the deprecated
Password = "UNIX" check item. Auth-Type = System instead. =)

Nuke the Framed-Compression line, MTU, Framed-IP-Address,
Framed-IP-Netmask, and Framed-Routing. Make the DEFAULT as simple as you
can and see if that makes a difference. Here's what I use:

DEFAULT Auth-Type = System
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP

I'm running out of ideas on this particular problem. Is it maybe some
strange interaction between the PM and the gateway router? Can people
dialed into the PM reach other devices on the local LAN?
