The number I've been tracking the past few months is the percentage of
calls over 33.6. It has held fairly constant at about 3.5% of the total
since we put in the 56k cards. I thought some of you might be interested
in some comparative data. I'd be interested in your observations and any
data you might care to share with the group as well.
