(PM) PM2E - Error

Sometimes, I'm getting this error on my PM2E

*** Host Is Currently Unavailable ***

Anybody calls, enters his username, and the PM2e hangs up.

I thought that the radius server could be down, but
it doesn't.

If I log on the PM and telnet to the radius sever (Linux & Radius 2.0.1),
it appears to be right.

I have no secondary Radius server set-up on the PM.

What could be happening??

PM2-E has ComOs 3.5 & 1 Mb of Ram
