No, we do not have this value set. I read that it defaulted to off, and
since previos versions of comos and radius ignored the netmask setting for
each user in the radius file, we never enabled it. What would be the
benefit of enabling it? My understanding is that it is only used in cases
like where a user gets a partial class-c routed to them.

>From what I am told, the user is running windows95. I am going to be
giving this user a call to verify this. Like I've said, I've dialed into
all of our portmasters as this user and it works fine.
