(PM) Port Speeds

I'm am testing the new PM3 modems and most of my 56K modem users
can not get over 31.2K. I have had only one beta tester get 44-46K.

One is an Impression Rockwell 56K modem, the other is a Boca 56K,
and the last is a Zoom 56K. I've captured the ModemLog.txt files
and checked out the AT Strings. I've tried using different compression
on the PM3 and used Van-Jac on the users file...

Any other suggestions? Is it the telephone lines, the PM3 or what?
