Of course it will, but we're talking about link failure here. What if the
frame relay link between POP1 and the central POP fails? We want to back
it up with ISDN. But OSPF does not work over dialup in ComOS 3.7.2 and
below so the temporary static route will never get advertised.

But as has been stated here, OSPF over dialup will be supported in a
future ComOS release (now let's just hope that 3.8 gets out of beta soon).
