(PM) E1 + directory numbers

We have got a couple of E1 PRI's going into a PM3, and would like to
use it for serving SPCs on analogue lines. Now I notice that setting
the directory number on a particular port 'reserves' it such that
an ISDN connection is only accepted by it if the calling party
called that directory number, but is it possible to do this with
analogue connections?
We have a couple of Telebit Micablazers which do this so the PRI has no
problems, but it seems that the PM3 only does this for ISDN calls.
