This is COMPLETE BULLSHIT.

The PM-3 did OSPF *DAY ONE* with FULL VLSM and CIDR. Even OSPF NSSA,
which many OSPF implementations lack. It has also supported BGP-4 for
some time now, since ComOS 3.7.

And I doubt very highly ANY senior engineer here ever told you that
VLSM wasn't part of OSPF.
