Once upon a time Lo Forte Alessandro shaped the electrons to say...
>Anyone out there knows if is it possible to use Multiple-line
>load-balancing with leased line connections, and how?

Yes - same as with async ports. Just establish to PPP links with the
same endpoints.

>How can I tell my PM3 to use an ISDN on-demand connection to another PM3
>when my leased line comes down?

That is trickier, it involves playing with route metrics. There is an
technote for async dial backup on an IRX - same principle. See the
website.
