Once upon a time Michael Locke shaped the electrons to say...
>I have an ISDN client on a pm3 that cannot traceroute past us,
>or reach anything on the internet. I can ping his router and all of the
>machines inside the router. Nothing has changed with his setup from
>yesterday to today - it was working yesterday - but now he gets nowhere.
>Is there something else I should try? Thanks.

Ignore ping. There is a routing problem. Use Traceroute to find where
the route goes awry. When he tries to traceroute to the outside world,
what is the last hop? From the outside world try to traceroute to him,
where does it stop? Etc. You should be able ot narrow in on the point
where the route breaks.
