(PM) Traceroute problem

I have an ISDN client on a pm3 that cannot traceroute past us,
or reach anything on the internet. I can ping his router and all of the
machines inside the router. Nothing has changed with his setup from
yesterday to today - it was working yesterday - but now he gets nowhere.
Is there something else I should try? Thanks.
