Ok guys ... get this ... got a user that connects and does fine through
the 33.6 bank .. but if dials the 56k modems (pm3) .. he gets about 44K
and can only get about 1/2 of the homepage loaded and his browser locks
up. I can still ping him fine after this. If he dilas back in at 33.6 ..
he does fine. Lemme know what you think.
