Not at this time. ComOS 3.8 will support MP over modems on the PM-3.

Yes but that is not recommended. MP works best with lines of the same
speed. The more disparate the line speed the worse the performance. Since
MP fragments packets and distributes them evenly over all of the channels
you become handicapped by the slowest link in the bundle. We would not
encourage this usage.
