Once upon a time Brian Elfert shaped the electrons to say...
>I have an NT 4.0 user who is getting the following every time he logins
>right after it say connection succeded in PPP debugging.
>
>Received LCP_TERMINATE_REQUEST on port S40 of 0 bytes containing:
>05 03 00 04
>Sending LCP_TERMINATE_ACK to port S40 of 4 bytes containing:
>06 02 00 04
>
>This causes the customer to get disconnected right away of course.
>Any ideas on this?

The NT box is asking to terminate the session. So whatever it is, it is
his end that is dropping the link.

A complete debug dump of the connection attempt run through the decoder
ring on the web might show you why the NT box is doing this.
