(PM) PAP_AUTH_REQ

Greetings.

We have a customer that is trying to connect to one of PM3's with Win95
and a Courier I-Modem. The PM they are connecting to is running ComOS
3.7.1 and has two PRI's (att5ess) and no modem or CMP cards installed.
All is set up correctly as this is a production box that works fine for
all of our dial-up ISDN customers. Radius, internal firewalling, etc etc
are all fine. Here is the ppp debug form this customer trying to connect:
