Multilink will bond all 23 channels if you want. Just set the other side to
dial 4 times. On a PM2eI or another PM3, you would add the location and type:

set location maxports 4

If you are talking about a T1 line or a Fractional T1, then you simply user
four channels, MPPP is not involved at all.
