Well you can't use a private IP and have it seen from any internet
connected host. Ie. you will never get routing to/from the outside world
for this IP. (This IP should only be used for non-internet connected LANs
or those behind a NAT server). If you want to use this host number
internally only, then you have to use a "Framed-Route" statement in his
RADIUS entry and propagate the route to your core route with RIP or OSPF.
