Check the "show line0" and "show line1" statistics on the PM3 for errors.
If there are errors on the physical lines, that can account for the data
loss to the customer. If the lines look fine, then there are several
possibilities you can look at. Is connectivity between your gateway router
and the PM3 ok? Is the ethernet the PM3 is on heavily loaded? If
everything on your side looks ok the telco switch could be losing data.
