(PM) Packet Loss

Out of the blue a couple of my ISDN customers complained that there transfer
rates suddenly went in the dumper. I did a ping on each and got a 40%
packet loss. I have some connected to a PM3 ComOS 3.7.2 and some connected
to a PM2. The Bellsouth ISDN lines running into the PM2 seem unaffected.
The 2 T1s from MCI that connect to the PM3 are the ones giving me trouble.
Is there anything else I should check?
