The fact that you have a yellow alarm and loss of sync would lead me to
believe that there is a telco issue that needs to be resolved. Has the
telco been actually dispatched and plugged into your demarc interface? If
they haven't done that yet, I'd make sure they do. The telcos can be a
bugger to deal with from time to time. They do remote testing and declare
that the line is fine when in fact it isn't. We see that too often.
